I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

SMILES LAND LIMITED (6622934) – rectification will comprise of the following:

1. To remove the Particulars of Shareholding dated 22 April 2021. The effect being Zhenyu Gao remains the sole shareholder; and
2. To file an amended annual return for 2021.

SPRING HOMES LIMITED (6324610) – to remove the Particulars of Shareholding dated 22 April 2021. The effect being Lichun Gao remains a shareholder of 24 shares.
