I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Limited Partnerships, in terms of section 61 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, on application of:

3T PROPERTIES LP (50061987) – the application for registration registered on 29 March 2021, incorrectly notified us that the general partner, T3 GP Limited, was acting as a trustee of a trust – trustee details to be removed.
