Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by the shareholders on 18 June 2021 at 12.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held by way of a postal ballot on 26 October 2021 at 4.00pm. Proofs of debt and voting papers must be received by 4.00pm on 26 October 2021 by email to creditors@khovjones.co.nz.

The purpose of the postal ballot is to confirm the appointment of the liquidators or otherwise replacement thereof in accordance with section 243 of the Act and for creditors to resolve that the liquidators must have regard to their views (as expressed by the relevant resolution text).
