Notice of Creditors’ Meeting

A meeting of creditors of AIRSIDE LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held by assembly at 4.00pm on Thursday 18 February 2021 at the office of BDO Tauranga Limited, Suite 1/525 Cameron Road, Tauranga.

The purpose of the meeting is to resolve whether to confirm the appointment of the liquidator appointed in terms of section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 or to appoint another liquidator in his place and whether to appoint a committee of inspection.

Proxy, voting forms and creditors’ claims must be lodged with Thomas Lee Rodewald by 4.00pm on 16 February 2021 via email to tomr@rodewaldconsulting.co.nz or by post to Level 1, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga.
