Notice of Meeting of Creditors

In accordance with section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held in the offices of McDonald Vague Limited, Level 10, 33 Federal Street, Auckland, or virtually if in-person unavailable on 16 September 2021 at 10.00am in the morning.

Business

1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company’s affairs.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidators’ committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
