Notice of Fixing Final Date for Claims

Dennis Clifford Parsons, chartered accountant of Hamilton, was appointed liquidator of QS SCAFFOLDING LIMITED on 13 July 2020 at 11.08am by order of the High Court at Hamilton.

Notice is given that the date of 26 February 2021 is fixed as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claim is made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
