Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of ASCENT INDUSTRIES NO. 33 LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held at the offices of Rodgers Reidy, Level 1, 547 Te Atatu Road, Auckland on Wednesday 23 June 2021, commencing at 10.00am.

Business

1. Liquidators’ report on the proceeding of the liquidation;
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the company’s affairs;
3. To confirm the appointment of Lynda Smart and Derek Ah Sam as liquidators or to appoint another liquidator or liquidators in their place; and
4. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee and, if so, to appoint members of that committee.

Proxies

Proxies must be completed and received at the office of the liquidators not later than 5.00pm on Friday 18 June 2021.
