Notice is given subject to sections 239AT and 239AU(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that the watershed meeting of the above entities will be held at 10.00am on Wednesday 26 May 2021 at 16 Piermark Drive, Albany.

Agenda

1. To consider the administrator’s report on the above entities’ business, property, affairs, financial circumstances and any other material matter.
2. To determine:
   1. Whether a deed of company arrangement should be executed.
   2. Whether the administration should end.
   3. Whether the above entities should be placed in liquidation.
