Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is herby given that a meeting of the creditors of the companies convened in accordance with Part 14 of the New Zealand Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) will be held by way of postal vote in accordance with the terms of the Compromise Proposals and clause 1(c) of the Fifth Schedule of the Act.

The purpose of the postal ballot is for the companies’ creditors to decide on accepting the Compromise Proposals made under Part 14 of the Act. The deadline for all postal votes to be received is 4.00pm on 4 June 2021.
