Notice Pursuant to Section 115 of the Land Transfer Act 2017

The applicant described below has applied under section 115 of the Land Transfer Act 2017 for the removal of a sewerage easement at the Canterbury Land Registration District. The applicant claims the sewerage easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 20 December 2021, the Records of Title will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Sewerage easement over part Lot 4 DP 389572 marked M on DP 389572 in Record of Title 358660 (burdened land) owned by Citrus Living Limited, for the benefit of Lot 1 DP 545599 in Record of Title 937491 owned by Kirsten Maree Wright and Lot 2 DP 545599 in Record of Title 937492 owned by Nga-Rata Properties Limited.

Circumstances: The easement has been separated from the burdened land by the subdivision of DP 545599.
