Notice Pursuant to Section 114 of the Land Transfer Act 2017
The applicant described below has applied under section 114 of the Land Transfer Act 2017 for the extinguishment of a Forestry Right. The applicant claims the Forestry Right is extinguished by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to make an entry that the Forestry Right is extinguished on the below burdened record of title if no objections have been received before 11 November 2021. You may object by giving notice to the Registrar-General of Land by 11 November 2021.

Forestry Right: Forestry Right over Lot 2 and 3 Deposited Plan (DP) 522038 formerly Lot 3 DP 14732 being the burdened land held in record of title 827167 owned by Te Kanuka Gold Forestry Limited Partnership as grantor and created by Forestry Right B418877.1 registered on 16 February 1995 that benefits Farman Turkington Forestry Limited and Sunlin Investment Limited as grantee (in gross).
Circumstances: Extinguishment due to an event specified in the Forestry Right having occurred being all the trees planted have been harvested and the land has been left in a tidy state ready for replanting, bringing the Forestry Right to an end.
