Easement: Right of way over part Lot 6003 Deposited Plan (DP) 536818 marked B on DP 529226 being the burdened land in Record of Title (RT) 898425 owned by Garrison Developments Limited created by Easement Instrument 11289379.5 registered on 14 January 2019, as benefiting Lot 136 DP 542516 in RT 913838 owned by Nathason Vongvatanapuntu, Pornkamon Jareonthamasuk and Trustees MW Limited and Lot 206 DP 542516 in RT 913868 owned by Tulasha Devi Bhandari and Beda Nedhi Mishra.

Circumstances: The benefiting land no longer adjoins the burdened land as a result of subdivision DP 542516 for Record of Titles 913838 and 913868 and as a result, the easement has no practical effect.
