I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Record of Title to the below-named applicant under section 172(1)(b) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 for the land described below.

Such Record of Title may be issued unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 8 June 2021.

Application 11839853.1 by Toka Farms Limited at Wakefield for an estate in fee simple in 0.1965 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Nelson Land District under LT 542182, being Part Section 67 Upper Motueka District which is part of the land remaining in Deeds Index 2/222, such land being part of the land granted to Edward William Stafford under Crown Grant 2347 dated 1 June 1854 and subsequently conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 2352 dated 3 September 1860, to Arthur Robert Oliver who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
