Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Kapiti Coast District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its meeting of 28 January 2021, hereby classifies the reserve land described in the Schedule hereto as local purpose reserve (district), subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
