Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the land described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):

1. The areas described in the First to be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 445777 subject to all encumbrances
2. The area described in the Second Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 28148 subject to all encumbrances
