In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt City Council gives notice that, following a resolution dated 17 November 2021, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is declared a reserve pursuant to section 14 Reserves Act 1977 and classified as Recreation Reserve.
