- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in Whakatane District Council, excluding mineral interests reserved by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950 and all mines of coal or other minerals not taken by Proclamations 6228 and 11512; and
- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in Whakatane District Council, excluding mineral interests reserved by section 59 of the Land Act 1948
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
