Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends that the purpose stated in the notice dated 19 January 2007, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 January 2007, No. 7, page 167, is hereby amended by deleting the words

“housing purposes”

and replacing it with

“state housing purposes”

in both the heading and notice.
