Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 117(7), added to the land in GN 221099.1 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
