The notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 October 2016, Notice No. 2016-ln5863, should read “…the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule is set apart as a Māori Reservation for the purpose of an urupā, native tree plantings and a papakāinga for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Hare Poata Petera”.

The reference to “Computer Interest Register 637973 and identified on ML 493932” is also replaced with “Record of Title NA29C/1205”.
