Under section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977 and pursuant to the delegation from the Minister of Conservation dated 12 June 2013, the General Manager, Community Facilities, Auckland Council, authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the Second Schedule be held as a recreation reserve for the purpose specified in section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.
