In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Hastings District Council gives notice that, following a resolution dated 26 August 2021 the land described in the Schedule to this notice is declared a reserve pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 and classified as local purpose reserve (buffer strip) pursuant to section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977.
