Under section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, Auckland Council, under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, authorizes the exchange of the classified recreation reserve described in the First Schedule, for the land described in the Second Schedule and that the land in the Second Schedule shall be held for recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
