Pursuant to section 98 of the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, and a delegation from the Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, I, Jerome Sheppard, Deputy Chief Executive Crown Property, Land Information New Zealand, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, make the amalgamations of land as set out in Schedule 1 to this notice; and any leasehold or any estate less than freehold or interest in, or any status, restriction, charge, or any other encumbrance that applies to any piece of land to be amalgamated, except for those listed in Schedule 2 to this notice, will be extinguished when the land is amalgamated.
