Change of Classification of Reserve
Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, Rotorua District Council, acting under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, and pursuant to a resolution dated 26 August 2021, gives notice that the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby changed to local purpose (cemetery) reserve.
