In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt City Council gives notice that, following a resolution dated 12 December 2017:

1. the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is declared a reserve pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 and classified as Recreation Reserve; and
2. the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is declared a reserve pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 and classified as Scenic Reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977.
