Pursuant to section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei District Council gives notice that, following a resolution dated 26 August 2021, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is classified as local purpose (accessway) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
