Under section 40 of the Walking Access Act 2008, I declare that the New Zealand Walking Access Commission revokes part of the notice declaring a walkway known as the White Cliffs Track Walkway, dated 1 October 1993 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 October 1993, No. 142, page 2949 (Gazette Notice 407667), over the parcels of land described in the Schedule below.
