Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Nina Weir, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, with the owner of the land having the benefit of the easement described in the Schedule to this notice, the grantee interests of the benefiting land in Transfers 670274 and 671108 are hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

A right of way easement created by Transfer 671108 appurtenant to Lot 13 DP 36382 (Record of Title NA1077/222) over Part Lot 20 DP 36382; shown coloured yellow on the plan endorsed on instrument K96147 lodged with the Registrar-General of Land (part Record of Title NA1054/224).
