Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is to be set apart for State housing purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown subject to a right to drain sewage as set out in Transfer 636866.1, and Certificate 9889364.1 under section 148 of the Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
