Pursuant to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Auckland Council, hereby amends the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 September 2020, Notice No. 2021-ln4301 by deleting the following:

“section 16(2A)”

and substituting it with:

“section 16(1)”
