Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice is to be set apart for use, convenience and enjoyment of a road and shall remain vested in the Wellington City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
