- the reserves described in the First Schedule are classified as recreation reserve;
- the reserve described in the Second Schedule is classified as scenic reserve;
- the reserve described in the Third Schedule is classified as local purpose (walkway) reserve;
- the reserve described in the Fourth Schedule is classified as local purpose reserve (playground);
- the reserve described in the Fifth Schedule is classified as local purpose (stormwater detention and landscape protection) reserve;
- the reserve described in the Sixth Schedule is classified as local purpose (reservoir, drainage and walkway) reserve;
subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
