Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule is to be included in the existing Māori Reservation known as Ngarara West A25B2A Māori Reservation, set apart by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 April 2014, No. 38, page 1113.
