Under section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Thames-Coromandel District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its Ordinary Meeting of 21 May 2021, hereby changes the classification the reserve land described in the Schedule hereto from local purpose (library) reserve to local purpose (library, information and heritage) reserve.
