Road to be Stopped and Set Apart for Stream Deviation Works—State Highway 2, Carterton, Masterton District
Pursuant to section 116 and 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule is to be stopped and set apart for the purpose of stream deviation works to remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
