Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Nina Weir, Land Information New Zealand, declares pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for the purposes of a fire and emergency services station and shall vest in Fire and Emergency New Zealand, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Part IVA Conservation Act 1987 and memorial 12147470.3, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
