Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Selwyn District Council, acting under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, pursuant to a resolution dated 11 December 2019, hereby changes the classification of the part of the recreation reserve included in the Schedule hereto to a local purpose (utility) reserve.
