Pursuant to section 103 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, the New Zealand Transport Agency gives notice with effect from 31 May 2021 that part of State Highway, described in the Schedule, is revoked.

Taranaki Land District—New Plymouth District

Schedule

Part of State Highway 3 now included on the west side of Egmont Road, commencing at the intersection of Devon Road (State Highway 3) and extending in a general southern direction to end at the intersection of Egmont Road and Hurlstone Drive. The extent of the road to be revoked is defined as the property on SO Plan 528378 of 0.0479Ha, being all that parcel of land described as Section 2, part New Zealand Gazette, 28 June 2007, No. 74, page 1904, near the intersection of State Highway 3 and Egmont Road.
