Pursuant to section 79(2) of the Te Kawerau ā Maki Claims Settlement Act 2015, notice is hereby given that the Māori Land Court has issued a consent order to give effect to the agreement of the relevant trustees as follows:

1. Pursuant to section 77(1) of the Te Kawerau ā Maki Claims Settlement Act 2015, Te Kawerau ā Maki Iwi is entitled to the beneficial interest in the Kopironui Property (described in the Schedule); and
2. Pursuant to section 77(2) of the Te Kawerau ā Maki Claims Settlement Act 2015, the trustees of Te Kawerau Iwi Settlement Trust are entitled to receive the whole of the fee simple estate in the Kopironui Property (described in the Schedule).
