Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Auckland Council, acting under delegation from the Minister of Conservation and pursuant to a resolution dated 5 December 2019 hereby changes the classification of the parts of the reserve described in the Schedule from the current classified reserve purpose to the new reclassified purposes subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
