Pursuant to section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Henderson Massey Local Board under a delegation from the Auckland Council and pursuant to a resolution passed on 16 February 2021 hereby classifies part of Kaumatua Reserve described in the Schedule for a local purpose (community buildings) reserve subject to the provisions of the Act.
