Pursuant to section 15AA of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council (“Council”), authorises the exchange of the fee simple land described in the First Schedule for the recreation reserve land described in the Second Schedule.

First Schedule

To be transferred to Queenstown Lakes District Council to be held as recreation reserve.

Second Schedule

To be transferred to Queenstown Commercial Limited as fee simple.
