Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Christchurch City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was passed on 3 May 2021 declaring the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be a historic reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
