Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Land Information New Zealand, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 20 declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is acquired for a water supply purposes, and shall vest in the Napier City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117 and 120(3) declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title HB112/200.
