Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 10 December 2020 declaring land acquired for cycleway purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 December 2020, Notice No. 2020-ln5693, by deleting the Schedule and substituting the following.

A 1/9 share of Lot 7 DP 24872 subject to a right of way easement over the area shown marked C on DP 24872 created by Easement Certificate 903740.10, subject to a right to convey electricity and telephone communication over the area shown marked C on DP 25332 created by Easement Certificate 910228 and subject to rights to convey telecommunications over the area shown marked A on DP 26132 and convey water marked b-c-d-e-f-g-h-i-j-k-l-m-n-o-p-q-r-s-t on DP 26132 created by Transfer 936775.1 (part Record of Title 929807).
