Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Bukky Oyawale, Land Information New Zealand;

1. Pursuant to section 20, and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares that the parts of Section 1 SO 537084 contained in Record of Title 55876 be acquired for road and shall vest in the Hurunui District Council; and
2. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Hurunui District Council,

on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
