Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand, declares that,

1. Pursuant to section 20(1) and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road (shared path) and shall vest in the Crown, and;
2. Pursuant to section 116, the parcels of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice shall be stopped and pursuant to section 52(1) shall be set apart for use in connection with a road (shared path) and shall remain vested in the Crown

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
