Under the Reserves Act 1997, the Statutory Land Management Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a Government purpose (site for a hospital) reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by Capital and Coast District Health Board in such a manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as Capital and Coast District Health Board determines, the proceeds from a sale to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other land under the control of the Capital and Coast District Health Board.
