Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Council reclassifies the reserves in the Schedule from the current classified reserve purpose to the new reclassified reserve purpose, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
